Accessibility Statement

Our aim

We want SENCO AI to be usable by disabled staff and people using assistive technology. Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA for the public website and core school workflows. We are auditing the current service and do not yet claim full conformance.

What we are reviewing

• Keyboard access, visible focus and logical navigation order.
• Labels, headings, status messages and screen-reader names.
• Colour contrast, zoom, reflow and motion preferences.
• Accessible document upload, tables, charts and generated consultation content.
• Consistent error identification and alternatives for complex visual information.

Contact contact@sencoai.co.uk and describe the page, task and assistive technology involved. Please do not send pupil information by ordinary email. We will acknowledge the report and work with you on an accessible alternative while the issue is addressed.
